I want to change the mind set of leaders and youths of Africa, we are left behind not because of race or lack of man power, Africa have all it takes to become the best refuge for mankind. Public hospitals are specially made for the less privilege to afford payment of hospital bills when ever the are being treated or even other wise. In Africa you can't even differentiate between the bill of a private hospital an that of the government, all fingers are not equal and will never be, its really unfortunate that a government hospital in Africa will never treat a patient without a deposit of a particular amount, even after the treatment if the payments are not complete a patient is not allowed to leave the hospital, its funny that in Africa patients are detain in the hospital ontill complete payment are done. Whenever i see IDPs tears role down my eyes and i began to feel that we don't have leaders,the surprising part of it is that, most of this IDPs are not being feed or clothed by the government, the are being feed by private organisations (NGOs) leaders where are your conscience? Where are does money? Whom are you saving them for? Give them to the needy and believe me'you will have nothing to lose Don't forget life is just vanity.
