Making of entrepreneurs in Africa.

Pause: Africans are multi-gifted entrepreneurs,but they problems killing Africa potentials are; family background, system of the government, minimum resources to start up,discouragement from peer groups and above all fear. Most of the African families don't believe in their children and the will want to make decisions for them on what to do in life and because the African child take their parents words as priority the see no reason to believe in their ability,some backgrounds are not really ready to do anything different from their inheritance the so much believe in the pass which is not suppose to"because the world is changing every single day.Entrepreneurship consist on frequently asking the pros to know much more and to learn from them. In the early 70s and 80s When the early dreams of Africans where still ruled by the white men,then Africans depend on farming and the where doing not really bad if we can bring back those systems and seriously modernize them,i think this will go a long way to help the ordinary Africans(entrepreneurial) Talking about the system of the government; A realistic government will encourage small scale businesses and even go beyond to support they grassroot entrepreneurial to grow their small scale businesses it could be through training or eventing entrepreneurship as a faculty in both tertiary and higher institutions with this,the ordinary Africans will become recognized amongst men too,this will also boost the economic system of the country as well as reducing crime across Africa. Talking about resources; If their are no enough resources to stop up something and the ideas are their i solemnly advice you manage up the availability and start up something because time wait for no man and like the adage that says"if the preferable is not available,make the available the preferable and as time goes on,the income,coming in will be use to maximize business. Talking about discouragement from closets; One thing about starting up business is to solemnly believe in yourself,that" no matter what happen you will never quite believing.So many young or even permit me to use the word up coming entrepreneurs are easily discouraged by people especially closest s,and because of our carelessness we easily fall victims and keep on blaming without knowing our weaknesses,before starting up d journey of entrepreneurship first you have to determine not to give up no matter the challenges your small scale businesses may encounter. Talking about fear;Fear is one thing in life that have hinder so many peoples success,a man who really want to successed most face his fears and learn not to be fearful, believe me
