Public hospitals are specially made for the less privilege to afford payment of hospital bills when ever the are being treated or even other wise. In Africa you can't even differentiate between the bill of a private hospital an that of the government, all fingers are not equal and will never be, its really unfortunate that a government hospital in Africa will never treat a patient without a deposit of a particular amount, even after the treatment if the payments are not complete a patient is not allowed to leave the hospital, its funny that in Africa patients are detain in the hospital ontill complete payment are done. Its really quit unfortunate that so many dead bodies are being detain by so many mortuaries in Africa,just because payment are not completed, and this orders are not from the doctors the are all direct orders from the ministries of healths in every region of Africa.
