Making a positive change in Africa

I want to change the mind set of leaders and youths of Africa, we are left behind not because of race or lack of man power, Africa have all it takes to become the best refuge for mankind. Base on my research,the leaders of Africa are the biggest problem of African youths today, a youth who has being a graduate for some years without a lucrative work, despite the fact that some African youths lack good future plan i still put the blame on the two parties (leaders and youths) every single geopolitical zone in Africa has a representative from the Senate as a leader and his/her work is to hear their cry and take them to the higher chambers if he can't meet the needs, but its a different bogame entirely, same leaders are the one contributing highly to the hardships of the followers, its a pity how heartless some so call leaders in Africa can be. If a leader is earning 3million every months, not even adding up his allowances, don't you think deducting 2million from that 3million, and using that 2million to create 40 jobs for the young graduates, paying them 50thousand per month believe me this will go a long way to create abundant jobs in any nation,if a nation has 300 leaders earning such amount or even more than as salary then i see no reason why such a nation will complain about unemployment after using this above strategy. Reading vanguard news papers off recent,i read of Benue state governor in Nigeria, gave youths of Benue wheelbarrows as empowerment, as a leader whom really want to empower the youth you didn't think of anything that will give the youth sustainable life, its a shame. I want to use this medium to encourage the ordinary Africans to be innovative and independent, if your zonal leaders or nation leaders are failing you, just give yourself a second thought and stop being a prisoner to any leader who is not ready to make positive impact in your life,the change you desire is in you,you can move mountains. Life is all about ideas and making use of them rightfully, one of the problem most Africa leaders have is seeking ideas from overseas, you don't need that, believe me the day African leaders will begin to believe in the ordinary man for ideas so many explore will be done for the betterment of Africa.
